3. Shipping Charges


Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Any additional charges levied by courier partners or authorities are beyond the seller’s control.


4. Shipping Locations


Currently, we ship within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


5. Delays & Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural circumstances.
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer may result in delivery failure or delay.
In such cases, additional shipping charges (if any) may be borne by the customer.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers must report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery with proper photographic evidence.


7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
In rare cases where the order is cancelled due to stock unavailability or internal issues, the paid amount will be refunded as per our policy.
